I quite enjoy the distance between my house and prisons, rapists, assholes, extreme heat, extreme cold, tsunamis, extremely horrible weather.
Distance is the best thing we have.

one of my favorite shows: Greek. Season 2- when Max planned to lavaleer Casey and she mistook it for a marriage proposal.
I am going to rip this quote apart. First off, DO date a woman who reads. Of course us readers anticipate the plot, the climax and the ending- but that doesn’t mean we necessarily WANT them to come. I’ve cried after closing hundreds of books because of the way i’ve felt by the end, i would never compare that to a “twinge of sadness”. Women who read do know the importance of feeling, and we crave those feelings we’ve read on those pages. If anything, reading has built us up in a way like no other. We’ve come to search for fairytales and scrounge up meanings in the tiniest of gestures. We want to create our own personally-written love story. Boys and Men, help those women in your life write their own fairytale.
