i brought my book with me….or wasn’t too lazy to do my homework…or had the motivation to do said homework…or maybe if it wasn’t so snowy out, i could go to Barnes & Noble and get lost in a sea of words. welp.

reading a book at lightning speed and skipping chunks of text so you can focus entirely on plot because you need to know what happens so badly
or reading it meticulously to savor that shit so you don’t miss any details thus allowing you to enjoy the book longer

i’m going to write a book and give little to no physical descriptions on any of the characters at all and then hopefully my book will become a film and i can watch and laugh at everyone who is arguing over what race my characters are
